Use of this website

This website is provided for general information about our services and to let you request a proposal or apply for a job. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.

Proposals and estimates

Any proposal, estimate, or pricing shown or provided through this website is for informational purposes and is not binding. No agreement for services exists until it is set out in a signed written agreement between you and Mystic Gardens.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, and design, is owned by Mystic Gardens or Raise Landscaping, or used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our prior written consent.

Text messaging terms

If you provide your mobile number as part of your customer relationship, you may receive account and billing text messages from Mystic Gardens, for example past-due balance reminders and payment follow-ups. If you text our hiring number (305) 770-6912 to apply for a job, you will receive automated text messages from Mystic Gardens about that application only, about 5-10 messages per application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We use mobile information solely to communicate with you about your account, and we do not sell or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
