What we collect

When you submit our proposal or job-application forms, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone, property information, message, and (for applications) your resume. We also use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics that do not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your request: to prepare a proposal, schedule a property walk, or review a job application. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the Raise Landscaping companies that help us serve you. Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are never shared with anyone, including those companies.

Text messages

If you text our hiring number to apply for a job, we use your mobile number and your replies only to handle that application, and if you are a customer we may text you about your account and billing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Data retention

We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your request and our ordinary business records.
